•  Crab Rangoon with Julia-Marie (Cayuga)
•  Vegetable Steamed Dumpling with Aida Louise (Chardonnay)
•  Vegetable Lo Mein with Merlot's Merlot (Merlot)
• General Tso's Chicken with Christopher Andrew (Chambourcin)
